Dear customers,
due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation PPWR, we are unfortunately forced to temporarily suspend shipping to EU countries.
Black Legion Shop Metal Mailorder is a small, specialized mailorder shop. The new regulations create a significant additional administrative and financial burden for retailers shipping to different EU countries. As things currently stand, shipping to individual EU member states would require compliance with various country-specific obligations — including registrations, reports, documentation, fees, and in some cases the appointment of authorised representatives or system partners in the respective countries.
For a small underground mailorder like ours, this is unfortunately not feasible in its current form. The effort and costs are completely disproportionate to the relatively small number of parcels we send to many of these countries. At the same time, we do not want to accept orders if we cannot clearly ensure that all legal requirements in the respective destination country are fully met.
For this reason, we are currently unable to ship orders to EU countries outside Germany.
This decision was not easy for us. Many of you have been ordering from us for years, supporting the scene and our shop, and we truly appreciate that. However, at the moment we have no other option but to temporarily suspend EU shipping until the EU and the responsible authorities provide a usable, clear, and realistically workable solution for small retailers.
As soon as such a solution is found, we will of course resume shipping to EU countries.
Orders within Germany are still possible. Orders outside the EU are also still possible — with the exception of the USA.
